Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processed within 24 hours if order placed before 9am EST (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–6 business days after processing.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $300.


International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • We do not offer international shipping outside of United States through website checkout.
  • International orders must be done through email as of right now

  • Delivery times vary by destination, but generally range from 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Shipping Issues & Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly first, then reach out to us if you still need help.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
