Smoke Shop Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Thank you for being a valued Repleno Distribution customer!
Our referral program is designed to reward store owners who introduce us to other smoke shop owners who are ready to place an order.
By participating in the Repleno Distribution Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
HOW THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WORKS
- Refer a Smoke Shop You Know
Referrals should be smoke shop owners or decision-makers that you personally know and believe would be a good fit for Repleno Distribution.
Referrals should be genuine business relationships and not general lead lists or cold prospects.
- Have Your Referral Contact Repleno
The referred shop must contact Repleno Distribution directly and mention your store name during their initial communication.
Referrals must be disclosed at the beginning of the relationship and before an initial order is placed.
- Referral Places Their First Order
Referral rewards begin once the referred account places a qualifying first order of $300 or more.
The referred account should be prepared to place an initial order upon first contact or within a reasonable onboarding period determined by Repleno Distribution.
Referral eligibility may expire if a qualifying order is not placed within 15 days of first contact, unless otherwise approved by Repleno Distribution.
- Earn Rewards on Future Orders
Qualified referring stores receive:
- 5% store credit on the referral’s first qualifying order
- 2% lifetime store credit on future qualifying orders placed by the referred account while both accounts remain active customers
Store credit may be applied toward future Repleno Distribution purchases.
REFERRAL ELIGIBILITY RULES
To qualify for referral rewards, the following conditions must be met:
Referral Must Be Personal
The referred store must be able to confirm that they were personally referred by you.
Referrals should be business owners or decision-makers you know personally and believe are ready to place an order.
Referral Must Be Ready to Place an Order
The referred account should be reasonably prepared to place an order upon first contact or within a reasonable onboarding period.
Repleno Distribution reserves the right to determine whether a referral was submitted in good faith.
Referral Must Be New to Repleno
Referral rewards only apply to accounts that are not already in communication with Repleno Distribution or currently being worked by a Repleno sales representative.
Accounts that have had prior contact with Repleno Distribution, including but not limited to:
- phone outreach
- email communication
- in-person sales visits
- social media outreach
- trade show conversations
- existing sales outreach
may not qualify.
Referral Must Identify Referring Store
The referred store must identify the referring store during initial communication or before their first order is placed.
Referral claims made after an order has already been placed are not eligible.
One Referring Store Per Referral
Only one referring store may receive rewards for any referred account.
In the event of multiple claims, referral attribution will be determined by Repleno Distribution based on:
- first verified referral
- communication records
- CRM documentation
- timing of first contact
All attribution decisions are made at Repleno Distribution’s sole discretion.
Self-Referrals Are Not Eligible
Self-referrals, duplicate businesses, commonly owned businesses, family-owned related entities, or locations under substantially common ownership may not qualify for referral rewards.
Eligibility will be determined at Repleno Distribution’s discretion.
Rewards Issued as Store Credit
All referral rewards are issued as Repleno Distribution store credit only and have no cash value.
Store credit:
- is non-transferable
- may not be redeemed for cash
- may only be applied to future Repleno Distribution purchases
REFERRAL PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
Repleno Distribution reserves the right to review referral eligibility and determine referral attribution in its sole discretion.
Repleno Distribution may modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Our goal is to maintain a fair and rewarding referral system for all customers.
